The rental period commences the day prior to your event and concludes two days later.

You have the flexibility to either collect the item directly from our atelier or return it via courier using the provided consignment note. If you prefer to try on the garments in the comfort of your home before making a decision, we offer our TRY NOW service: for just €20, you can test up to 3 garments prior to renting. Additionally, for atelier fittings, we provide customization services such as hemming for long dresses, available for a small surcharge.

At the conclusion of the rental period, we handle the cleaning and sanitization of the dress, ensuring it's ready for its next rental. Select your preferred start and end dates, and enjoy the convenience of renting your favorite clothes directly from our extensive catalog.

• No need to worry! Stains and minor damages are covered at no additional charge; we'll take care of them, as well as handle the washing, ensure punctual delivery, and arrange for collection.

• While the item is booked for a specific day, the rental period spans a total of 4 days (3 nights).

• Your dress will be delivered at least one day before your selected date (referred to as the garment delivery day or day 1).

• The item must be returned on the fourth day. If your return date coincides with a public holiday, simply return the garment on the next available working day. For example, if your rental ends on a Sunday, return the dress on Monday.

• Return shipping is included in the overall rental cost; we'll coordinate with the courier and arrange for pickup from the address you provided.

• All prices listed are for the entire four-day rental duration.

• We offer shipping services throughout Italy, with courier costs covering both shipping and redelivery expenses.

1. Place the rented product(s) carefully in the original box or suitable packaging.
2. Ensure you pay attention to the guarantee label attached to the dress upon delivery: removing this seal indicates the end of the rental period, and the rental will be charged to you accordingly.
3. Seal the box securely, as couriers only accept well-sealed packages.
4. Attach the provided return slip to the outside of the box, covering the existing label.
5. If there are accidental stains or minor damage, please refrain from attempting any repairs; we will handle it for you.
